After a 2-week hunt for our digital camera (which I finally found, containing self-photos of our 4yo who /said/ she hadn't seen it...), I'm able to post some of my progress.

Black Dragon:

I finally had a batch of figures enough to run the dye vat: Here is what my Black Dragon looks like fresh from the black. I need to start to decide on accent colors -- The BD's accent is a medium / light blue, right?

Incinerators:

This was the bulk of that job. I'm reassigning the Incinerators to Iron Grenadiers; I've always felt that they were in my mind, despite the file cards. (Incinerators goes with Annhilators; a Cobra firetroop would be a Cinder-Viper ) As these were Funskool versions, I now have to locate a trio of flamethrowers for them.

Looking good so far. That Black Dragon should look real nice once he's finished.

The Incennerators look really good...excelent job on the dye.

I see a lot of things that bother me on Black Dragon...maybe highlights will help hide them, or maybe it's just the base material.

The head looks good, the Torso looks seems a little short...maybe lengthin it. The shoulders seem realy huge..maybe switch the upper arms for somthing from the VvV era or later...I'd also ditch that Left Arm from Scalple/Medi Viper...I've never liked how it sucks at holding anything and how thin it gets.

Last thing is the way the pants really bloom out right above the boots...I think that right after the skin tight Night Creeper thigh is what's bothering me...
