This ALMOST makes me okay with soft goods on action figures. Everything looks great.

Thanks Lance. You pretty much nailed it. Prince of Persia gate, schleich tan castle walls and towers. Well is also schleich. Cobblestone is a painted Christmas town mat.

Working door in the tower is a “fairy garden” door. Stain glass is just printed paper.

Cart is an inverted schleich-type siege cart with details added.

Truly wonderful work!

I had that mat once! I used it in one of my Indiana Jones photonovel chapters. I went looking for it recently and it seems to have vanished!

Keep the flame alive!

"the ring" girl needs to crawl out the well and fight gollum. i don't even know what that is linguistically, but there is some kind of word play in that scenario. now if the ring girl was played by the precious.... i need to sleep more :)

It's not Gollum or Dobby - but close on that guess. It's Kreacher from Harry Potter

also, yes, 2D, you need more sleep

Last year I posted a lot for our D&D group’s adventuring party. One thing that has been fun is evolving the customs to match the game progress.

My wizard/bladesinger, Qamar Ghurayb, started out pretty simply. In my 2020 thread you can find his black robed look. Later on we pulled off a heist where Qamar needed to look like a nobleman and not a dirty wizard, so he went GQ for awhile. Oh. And added a helmed horror I could control for good measure. We named him Rusty

Most recently I received some cold resistant studded leather armor, so I’ve had to go back to it again.

In usual fashion I’ve spent more time on my own figure than on the rest of the team, but once they start pulling their weight, they’ll get upgrades also…

looking good! the only thing i don't love is the white fluff. did you try anything else? your soft goods are always great, but i might like that collar in sculpt or something more "dense?" maybe. i really don't know how to describe it. pets mart sells white rats :)

These are great. I love all the detail you put into these.

I've been planning something similar. As we play and get new gear it makes me want to update the figures.

Just so happened I got a boss fight order in today and had some collar pieces I could use.
