No, I haven't had much success with printing weapons. The base sword was translucent purple and from another unrelated line years ago. I carved it into shape and swapped the handle for a GI Joe grip.

The squared off sword in his left hand. Xevoz Unnatural Grim Skull. Fun toys with lots of extra parts. I've had this in my parts box for 15 or so years now.

Hydro-Viper update from a previous custom with a new Ragin Spoon head and better color pallette. The helmet isn't removable but I dont think its necessary. I could always swap out the head.

And while I was at it, I pieced together a Sea Slug that ended up being more work than intended. Torso lengthened, boil and pop arms, grafting new gloved hands, and shaving a corps head to glue into the Spytroops helmet.

Snagged an extra Marvel vs Capcom pack yesterday and could finally complete the Ken and Ryu duo. Modded a Corps head and hit the figure with a quick repaint.

My SF collection is slowly expanding. I need to figure out a place for them in my joeverse.

Whoa, I somehow missed those SFII customs. They look great, but Zangief is my favorite by far!

Thanks Tim, I picked up the Zangief head cast from Ragin Spoon but I could never find a use for it, since it was a little too big for GI Joe bodies. It fit perfectly on the Marvel Ares body and I took some artistic liberties with the look, trying to combine the video game with the Hasbro release.

I decided my brocklee inspired Sg.t Slaughter from 2004ish needed updating. The Amazon Roadblock was too tall anyway so I swapped in some Heavy Duty legs. I was drawing a blank for the head and was trying to make Coil Crusher work but it was just too small for the body. Came across this guy:

and was inspired. Shouldn't be to hard to shave the head down for the bandana look I wanted. And how hard could it be to sculpt ears.

Bandana, not so bad.
The ears, just look from a distance and let's not discuss.

Compared to my original:

But then I got to thinking with these style figures, interchangeable heads are one big plus, so maybe I should go for the drill sgt. look as well. Had to trade my son a Darth Vader for a craptastic Corps figure just for the head but now I could see this through. Just have to chop the top of the head off, trim the remaining helmet details, and sculpt two more ears. An original Sarge hat fit perfectly, so there was one easy part to this.

And now I think my Marauder lineup needs updating.

I noticed that while painting.

So maybe this is Sgt. Slaughter as portrayed by Bob Remus starring Jesse Ventura, fka, James Janos.
