a very good look for recondo, paint is really good and your sculpting skills are jus as good. the only thing I have to say is the face looks to much like duke, maybe sculpt some facial features on him like wrinkles under the eyes or something to change the face more,

I reluctantly agree that the head looks a bit "Dukeish". It's that over exaggerated jawline. The Howie Long jawline is much different than the original Recondo, which had a bit of a setback jawline. The facial structure of Recondo and the signature mustache, are what created a very unique face among the Joe headsculpts.

Having said that, I don't know if it would be worth the time to "de-bone" the the face to make it look less like Duke and more like the '84 figure. It's fantastic as is.

I think mustache and jawline is due to the pics I was referencing in the Joe comics since I unfortunantly do not own a '84 Recondo.
