  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

they look great in both to me. if anything the ones on your desk are so clear under magnification they lose some of the "magic" realism you captured in the dio. now one may look better on a phone or device much smaller.

New star-lord head was seeming to be a little big, but the bigger issue was a too small torso.

The production figure was like 7 feet tall in scale, so it was never an option for me.

Switched to a MTF torso, shortened the legs, redid the decals, etc. so now I’m much happier with him.

Something about that head just isn’t working for me. It’s definitely not your craftsmanship, it just looks like someone else to me. This is going to sound crazy, but is sort of looks like my older brother, more than it does Star Lord. Maybe that’s it? I dunno. You’ve done outstanding work here though.

Here is a swappable “under shirt” torso for my fantasy Blackthorne character. Basically what’s underneath the plate, surcoat and chainmail coat of the regular figure

I love the level of detail and functionality here.

Only thought would be maybe try drawstrings at the collar? The buttons feel a little too neat/now maybe?
