Fantastic work. The sculpting on the pants adn head is phenominal. I would love to own this figure. The only critique I have at all is the painting on the abs. You followed the mold which is fine but they look too squared off. I would have altered tehm to be more rounded and natural looking. I think that would fit in better with your ultrarealistic approach.

Another work of art. I like you went and painted all the extra hands so they match the figure. That's detail!

Nice! I second the abs comment. Good to see you poking your head in again. :)

Ow...

Dammit... I think he whacked me in the face when I loaded the thread he's so real.

In a perfect world, customizers like you would be running/working in small arthouse style toy production companies doing toylines and one-offs like this.

The filter on the site won't allow me to repeat what I said when I opened this thread.

But it rhymes with Rolly Truck. :shifty:

Amazing work. As always.

This thing rocks! Did you sculpt that head?! How the hell did you do that? Is it a modified base or did you sculpt it from scratch? EXCELLENT!

Wow...that's amazing...the pants are very realistic and the head is great. :shifty: I almost get a Spock vibe from the head...almost...I'm not a fan of Bruce Lee, but I did immediately know who it was before I saw it written there. ;)

I wish I could say I'm gonna swipe this recipe, lol. But all I hear in my head when I look at this is: "Well, you had fun so far; but it's time to quit the hobby".

Seriously, dude; why aren't you sending pics of your stuff to Mattel so we could maybe not get "LASER BLAST" from the 'professional' companies?

In general, I think this is up there with the rest of your work- the head and legs are peerless.

However, being hyper critical- Im not overly enamoured with the whole torso.

The paint is fantastic, but I agree with the others about the abs- they dont quite fit.

A little padding on them to bring them out, and lessening the squareness of them would help immensely.

I have to say, i also think that the shoulders seem unfinished and artificial too. Again, a little sculpting to round them off and hide their angularity would raise an excellent custom into a legendary one...
