Will it be a lucky number? Depends on who you ask.

The search intensifies for a face-swapping intruder in the Pit as the motor pool sees some action and the Joe flyboys get more than they bargained for in the hangar bay.

Check it out at Camper's ever-fabulous Checkpoint Alpha:

Then pop back in here and let me know what you think.

Thanks for looking.

Funny: I almost hit the "Mark all forums read" button and got off for the night, but I happened to notice the Spin Doctor had posted in the Dio forum which generally means that another exciting chapter is now up.

I was not disappointed. I may have to go back and re-read the other chapters just because. This chapter was great. The tension is definitely there, who is Zartan going to look like next?

Although I noticed something that may or may bot be important:

Quality stuff as always!

Guess some either think into details too much, or notice things I'm unable to. :-P

Awesome work, Spin! Great dialog as always, I like how imposing Zartan is.

Very cool, man.

Perhaps I am reading into it too much...

Either way, I can't wait to see the next chapter, maybe we'll get to see a showdown between Zartan and Snake Eyes to prove once and for all who's the fastest...

Another great addition (I'm running out of ways to say that). This really does have that comic book feel to it.
Lookin' forward to Chapter 8!

Thanks so much for taking the time to check this out, guys, and for the very kind words.

As Justin and JFAK know all too well, these things can be a whole lot of work. Knowing that you're enjoying the story makes it all wothwhile.

My mind is boggled every time I look at one of these things. I know how tough it can be sometimes just to shoot a good picture of a custom, so to do something like this...wow. I'm enjoying the ride, but I'm not sure I'd wanna build it, if you know what I mean!

You know, even with the best of diorammas, I usually try to come up with some sort of constructive criticism. It's not because I want to be negative, but I feel like we all get better when we get helpful and honest critiques.

But I couldn't find anything that could have been done better in this chapter. It was a perfect chapter. Absolutely perfect.

I especially like the way you really developed the scenario where

I grade this chapter an A+, great job Spin!

I'm really glad that played well for you.

I think drama without the occasional infusion of the absurd just doesn't feel real. The hard part is in getting the humor not to feel forced.

I'm very excited about these last three chapters coming up (number eight should be finished later this week). This arc has just been a lot of fun to work on.

Thanks again, all, for reading and taking the time to type about it.
