And the smoke off the cigar?! AWESOME! How did you do that? Its a practical effect but is it cotton? String? Spill man spill!

JFAK- pics posted as requested.

MS- the head is one of the new BBI Marines. The smoke is part of a Q-Tip pulled to the right look, then glue onto the cigar tip.

Whoa! that's a great Fury!
Probably some basic custom stuff that I should know about, but how did you do the cigar smoke?

SG, the smoke is part of a Q-Tip pulled out, then glued onto the cigar tip.

It looks like you painted his lower lip to look like clenched teeth. Yes/no? If so, I'd go back and just paint it fleshcolored as it doesn't look quite right in all pics. Other than that, this is Howlin' good!

Awesome. My favorite Marvel character, and a very, very nice-looking rendition of him. I love the work on the logo and the head: top-notch detail. The overall look of the figure is great, too: it keeps the "commando" aspect intact, but he could work as an espionage kind of guy, too.

I've been planning a 25th Nick Fury for months now, so when I saw this post, I got a little nervous. But you took him in a completely different direction, and I love it. Great work, as always!

Adrien, that head actually had clenched teeth, which was the main reason I chose him, I've tried to make a Fury with a cigar and it looks weird if the mouth is completely closed. The lips could use a touch up now that I look at the pics again, the flash really brings mistakes out I've been noticing lately.

For his patch, I went with the "Ultimate" SHIELD insignia, I think it's a cooler design than the main universe logo.

Fury is the beginning of a crossover team. I think you'll be surprised who else makes the cut.

Captain Carrot? 'Cause you're going for a 'frequently chews on phallic symbols' team?
