Well I like the Vipress customs Tsunami has made a post on. I liked it enough to jump on my own. I'm changing mine up enough to be different while still keeping the same idea. I wanted a removable helmet, but the head is already pretty small. Add in the fact that the Viper helmet is small it's self.

Well I went ahead and made a sculpt of hair on the Baroness head and cover the mouth to make a mask. I haven't done the paint yet since I wanted to ask what others think. Should I just forget the removable helmet since the head is too small, or is it just those shoulders making it look so small? I'm thinking about trimming those shoulders down too.

The helmet on pictures look great. The ones with the helmet off , the head just looks to small to me. I can definitely see where you want to go, but with the helmet already being just a touch to small I'm not sure you'll get there.
I've been wanting to do the same type of modds and the helmet size is what is keeping me from attempting it. I was going to ask JFAK to up size some, but haven't yet.

Yeah it just looks like a pin head without the helmet. Hasbro would have probably put it out during Valor vs Venom, but I'm not sure I want to do it. It might look better though if I redo the shoulders. I might try that first before I just glue the helmet on.

why not put the helmeted head on a pin, then have them switchable?

I've seen it done with space marines, it would have to work in this scale.
