Marine Jeff Thompson, like all members of the The Corps, loves his job and loves even more that works for an outfit where his equipment is state-of-the-art and his skills will be needed for fire suppression AND ignition.

Blast-Off is forgotten about due to his only figure's terrible colors and its inclusion in the day-glo nightmare Mega Marines. He deserved better: 25th Anniversary Treatment! I sculpted some of this figure to spark remembrance of his original design without needing to recreate it.

Haha this is digging through the archives. I didnt even know about this joe. Good custom. I would have gone with some fire-looking colors, but he would probably look silly with your other customs. Nice work!

I'm not quite sold on the helmet (he needs an air supply but his eyes are exposed?), but damn this looks nice. I'm envious of you guys with good camo skills, and it certainly works very nicely here.

Thanks, folks, glad you guys like it. I figured it was about time Blast-Off got some respect!

AV, the visor solutions I tried didn't pan out at all so I finally decided to go without and pretend it's there.

and yes, T, I have actually taken camo inspriration from you. Not convinced I'll ever reach that level of proficiency but I'm trying.

One of my favs.

On an accessory note he probably would look cool with a Pulaski axe which has a longer handle and a hoe on the back side. If he is a smoke jumper thats what he would carry.

That figure is super tight and I love the helm!

Nice
