  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

Starduster - G.I. Joe Classified

After seeing a 1/6 Starduster In this style on DeviantArt… I really loved this take on the character. While I love the classic sky blue, I am really pleased with the way he came out! Jet pack, gun and helmet are from Mark2Design. The Firefly body was dyed green and gear was dyed brown and painted blue to match with the helmet… loving how he came out! Sgt. Stalker - G.I. Joe Classified

Simple but effective… Firefly body dyed green and various gear added. I know he still might be made as an official figure, but I think this is a good stand in for now! More on my Instagram: dye_customs

Budo - G.I. Joe Classified

Wanted to give him a somehow classic feel while updating his look… Color scheme was matched from the original design and some original items kept, while also bring him into the modern war against Cobra. More on my Instagram: dye_customs

I saw this on FB and didn't have time to comment. That Budo is just plastic perfection. Star Duster and Stalker are good too, but Budo really got my attention. If Hasbro comes anywhere near as good as that one, it would be really impressive.
