Munitia was almost the first new female Cobra character since Zarana in 1986 and one with potential to be one of the snake organization’s most bad ass agents. Devil’s Due thought so too and put her into Cobra’s “best of the best” group The Plague. The Hasbro figure languished into obscurity when DTC wave 4 was axed, ebay prices went nuts for the few that got out, and Master Collector’s said they’re going to make them but that’s not exactly trustworthy these days.

Anyways, I liked Munitia because her specialty was all chaos-seeking wanton destruction like Bludd, Firefly, Razorclaw, Scrap Iron, and Monkeywrench. They even threw bounty hunting into the dastardly mix, which was unique to the Cobra ranks. What’s NOT to love about her?

She fits in well with the other 25th Anniversary bad guys, see the pictures of Cobra Commander having a “group meeting” with his employees. Too bad she won’t likely have a chance at an official Hasbro 25A style figure.

looks pretty cool and glad you made her, the WIP pics are nice to to see what ya did,it'd be cool if the made a new figure of her since we always need more girls and if the did the 25th treatment they could forget about the dtc beside we need the guns though.
I like her..
Tim

Very nice, I like how she turned out. Very nice sculpting on the sigil. The Mara Jade head works well for her; any chance on her goggles? And I doubt Serpentor'd put up with a shotgun to the chin... I think she's about to have her neck snapped.

I know, she's a super random choice for a custom, probably obscure for a lot of peoples' tastes. I just need to beef up the roster for the snakes and a lot of the named Cobras from the early years are just a matter of waiting on Hasbro.

The exclusion of the goggles wasn't an oversight, it was a lack of resources. I'm not using the DTC figure goggles because I'd have to mod them to adapt them and that's a no-go. Tried a custom set of eyewear but it didn't work either. If ever a good solution to the goggles is discovered, I will add them, yup.

Thanks for the praise here.

I hear ya on the shotgun bit, Dave... maybe he was testing her resolve. Maybe Cobra Commnander assigns the agents to their missions straight-away while Serpentor handles "initiations" before their first operations... Like so many of his past military recruits in pervious centuries had to endure in their new lives as soldiers for a cause, Serpentor's DNA carries that tradition on and so he makes sure to f--k with the new hires to test their mettle: will they back down or stay the path no matter what?
