  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

#34 Undertow Officer (Captain Solarin)

The first Iron Grenadiers entry in the Every Joe project is an obscure one, Captain Solarin. Who? The figure was released by the GIJCC as an exclusive under the name "Undertow Officer", but "Captain Solarin" is more appropriate since the character is not an army builder. You've probably noticed that many of my GIJCC figures are based on my customs of them instead of the factory figures. Captain Solarin follows this path.

she looks great! I opened the pic in a new tab but still couldn't see the details of the "bubbles" ? the white spots that appear to be bubbles? did you play around with a larger size or black outlined?

It's not very big because it has to scale to the 800 x 600 size limit, and it's a long horizontal image.

Glad you like it. It's a rather forgettable character, but I enjoy making customs and doing artwork of them...
