Again, thank you all for the comments. After being out of customizing Joes for so long I feel really go to be back here posting my customs in such a tight community.

I may have to go with the storm shadow upper legs, it'll be a lot easier than removing the holster and then rescuplting the pants, thanks for the tip. Really helpful.

As for the smoking, i'm not a fan at all....i'm actually allergic to cigerette smoke. But I wanted to give Chuckles more character, a flaw or something. I never felt Chuckles' filecard ever gave him much character aside from being a "man's man". Other Joes have flaws like Low-Light being afraid of the dark, Snake Eye's beinga mute and Footloose being a whacked out of his mind. I want to eventually do a photonovel which surrounds Chuckles and Faces and I wanted them to contrast enough to make their dialouges interesting.

A warning to anyone who wants to use tha jacket, be prepaired to sand the torso way down. I actually had to remove the top part of the collar completely so the jacket would res decently on the shoulders. I also had to sand down his back and his sides exstensively. I'm thinking I might have to go back and dye the jacket black and if I do i'll post pictures of what the body looks like.

Sadly I don't think i'll be able to finish him this week. I wasn't able to make it to the hobby shop and I spent the last of my money on a few Star Wars figures and a Secret Santa present.
