Yeah - I'd go with the silencer. Marauder John's MAC 10 would be a cool choice.

Back to the figure - if this is your first custom then I gotta say you nailed it.
Looks production.

This is your first custom? That's very impressive, because this guy looks very cool. I like the combination of chest and legs; it's a solid commando-looking uniform. I'm not crazy about the arms, but I understand having to go with what you've got on hand. Nice work detailing the backpack, too: I've had to do that a couple of times, and it's not easy!

Can't wait to see your work in the future.

Well done...a very nice, clean custom.

so far I think you've found on of the best paint secrets...using spray paint. I'm an uber whore for the use of Krylon...good color selection, quality paint, and you get a ton more than those little model spray cans for about the same price.

I think I agree with Jay...I bet there are better arms that you could find for this guy...maybe somthing like Dial Tone's.

your not the only one thats found out the secret of using spray paint :-D

Thanks for all the praise everyone! This was indeed my first custom, and I'm afraid that looking at the few customs that followed, I'm nowhere near living up to whatever hype this first try may have created ;-)

Let's just say I've taken a few steps down the learning curve!

I'm currently working on a Kamakura that I feel is not totally done yet, so I'll post pictures in a few days when I feel it's more presentable.

Stay tuned!
