Like most people, the head on LJ just didn't work for me. It looked out of proportion, and she's appeared without the hat more than with, so it had to go. The head is from a Star Wars McQuarrie Starkiller Hero, which I'd bought intending to use the head for either Daina or Quarrel. Once I popped the head off the body though, it instantly looked like Lady Jaye to me. The hairstyle is pretty close, and the facial sculpt (especially the pronounced cheekbones) really reminded me of her v1 figure and her early comic appearances. So, I just filled in the bottom a bit and repainted it. Also, the lack of wrist joints really made no sense. They said at the con that it was a choice between giving her wrist joints with big man-hands, or no wrist joints. On which I call BS, because I gave her some hands from a Star Wars Comic Pack Mara Jade figure that were not only jointed, but smaller than the hands LJ had to begin with. Finally, I gave her a Marauder .357 Python for three reasons, one, all the bullets on her belt really don't make any sense unless she carries a revolver, two, two automatic pistols (the removable one in her holster and the one on her boot) seems a bit redundant, at least from an aesthetic standpoint, and three, she had a similar revolver on the cover of G.I. Joe #44, so it seemed apropos.

Let me know what you think.

Very nice job on this one!

Looks really cool and a very nice match for both her 'toon and comic models.

P.S.- If you are not going to use that Starkiller Hero body, I'll give it a good home ;)

She's purty...
I think I'll have to look for one of those Starkiller figures.

I've got no issues with the stock head, but this is great looking.

Sweet job on this one. That head really does change the look, it makes her look like a figure I would love to own.

Great work! Hatless LJ is the way to go.

Does the revolver fit in her holster?

I agree with both of those statements. I like the revolver too; I might have to order one of those for my Lady Jaye.

Cool! And to think I went through all that trouble (and exacto wounds) to fix mine. This works really well. If I ever find any Starkillers, I'm gonna definitely use that head for a new female custom.

Love the idea to use the .357 - it makes total sense with the bullets on her belt. Consider the idea borrowed :D

Yep. Easily and with no mods at all. Almost like it was meant for it. And it's actually snug, unlike the pistol she came with.

I think that's the best 25th LJ headswap I've seen.

Sweet part selection, mate.
