here's my take on general rey from the DD comic.

Other than needing to drill into the head more so it sits lower on the neck (and take better pics!), I can totally buy that. I was expecting his armored look, but this works quite nicely indeed.

Who's General Rey? Is there a Joe wiki?

General Rey was a replacement Joe leader installed by the Government when Hawk was shot. He was later "revealed" to be a clone of Serpentor, though Devil's Due's heavy handed "foreshadowing" made it obvious as soon as he was introduced.

Despite Devil's Due's best efforts though he is an interesting character. I like this take on him, but I'd like to see his armor added in some way.

Maybe it's the camera angle, but he looks really lanky.

thanks guys glad you find his good enough, his head still needs lowered some but he is pretty tall figurewise.
He's got rb's legs with BH's upper body.
I was gonna go the armored look but decided against it for a more military look and more comfortable feel for him.
