I've given thought to building a 1:1 scale Falcon and living in it. I'd just also need to build a dockingbay to keep all my stuff. But the fact that the interiors don't exactly match the exteriors would really bother me.

That thing really rocks. I may have to get one. I wonder how much it weighs. When I was little and living in a small home, my old Millennium Falcon always had a place because it was suspended from the ceiling in my room. When not being played with, it took up space that otherwise wasn't in use and at the same time looked like it was flying.

That's one big Mother F...uhhh, Millenium Falcon!


I think I'd probabbly have to paint a wall white, add some gray and black to make it look like plating, and then mount this Millenium Falcon to the wall.

That way it doesn't take up storage space and looks like it's hanging off the back of a Star Destroyer.



I suppose one could also make a box out of plywood and paint it up to look like the hanger from ANH...

...or paint the box white and lower the roof a little for Echo Base...

...or make a little circular platform with a mural of Cloud City behind it...

...or just hang a tan curtain in front of it and say it's re-enacting the deleted sandstorm scene from ROTJ.


I think making the entire structure of Docking Bay 94 would take up too much room though...

Yup, I am all over this. I didn't think I was going to get it because it is so flipping big and expensive. But not having this will make me regret it for a long time.

Any bet takers that think the other Falcons released since 1995 will nosedive in value? I bet they will. I know I will be looking to unload mine just to make room for this thing.

I might have to pass on the AT-TE because of space issues. But that won't be as big of a deal for me since I was never that big of a fan of that vehicle.
