Post subject:  Original international characters?
I'm wanting to add some international flavor to my Joeverse. I'm thinking something from Action Force or the South American releases would be cool but I'm not sure who's who. I want a few original characters that are not just foreign versions/counterparts of U.S. Joes. Other than Action Man and the Oktober Guard are there any other original international characters?

These are some of my favorites.

Argentina has Cobra Mortal, Cobra Invasor, Glendah, Redmack, Shimik Topson, Satan and Ninja Ku.

Brazil has Tiro Certo (white Bullet Proof), Cobra de Aco, Cobra Invasor, Marujo (Tiger Force Shipwreck), Gatilho (Python Patrol Airborne), Relampago (Python Patrol Ripcord), Tigor, Razor, Escarpiao Voador and Abutre Negro.

India has Skydiver and Super Cop.

In terms of adding them to your collection, though, how do you mean? If you want the figures, I'd say start with Funskool since they are so available. Argentine Joes can be cheap or pricey depending on the characters. But, if you're doing customs, any of them would be great subjects for new interpretations.
