just received notice that my pre-orders for Crimson Guard & Firefly vs. Greenshirts Troop Builders order has been cancelled -- anybody got any insight into that?

When I first read that I thought you said "Crimson Guard and Firefly Pack" meaning the CG 6 pack with red FF a few years ago. Getting a notice NOW on that would really be Teh Phail.

But no, nothing constructive to add.

TRU.com seems to cancel a lot of pre-orders. I pre-ordered the Star Wars B-Wing a while back and it was cancelled. Much later, pics of the B-Wing are leaked showing one modeled after a comic issue that just came out. So that must mean Hasbro made some changes and delayed it so they cancelled the pre-order in case they just never got them.

Basically, the cancellation means that they might not get released or they are just delayed.

I forgot all about those Battle Packs. I thought we shouldve seen them by now. I never saw them up for pre-order on TRU.com. But then again I never really check it.

I haven't seemed to be able to get anything from TRU in the past year. Everything I order ends up canceled. I don't know what's up with them.

This happened to me with a re-issue Soundwave. It torqued me to no end. I wonder how TRU exists in any form these days. Their stores seem to always have the same crap when I go in and from what it sounds like, ordering on-line isn't that great either.
