About 3 or 4 months ago, I got a similar lot for about 35 bucks.

I got so many extras laying around and there's still Showdown stuff in the back room at KB. We put the left over Showdown stuff on clearance at KB and it still didn't sell. I forget what all is there.

Just because a couple of people were willing to pay that much dosent mean everyone is, plus there is always the possibility of shill bidding by the seller to jack up the price.
I hate evil bay some times :-(

Is $5 a fig really that over priced? I would think if you didnt have any of them and to get a good chunk of the set at once $5 a fig is a reasonable deal.

Good point.

At first I saw the price and thought "good lord!"

But yeah, the auction was for 25 figures, coming out to about $4.98 each, plus shipping. Looking at it that way, that really is a pretty good deal, especially since [full] retail on those wouldv'e been over $215! 8-O

But Hasbro still needs to hurry. :shifty:

What I know that's back there are the 2-packs, Cable vs Magneto and Mr Fantastic vs Mole Man. I think there's a few of each. There's of course some Human Torch figures. Beyond that, I'm not sure what's left. I know there's no Green Goblins left. Daredevil never did show up. There's a chance there might be a spiderman , but I'm not sure.

Taliesin Crow and Liftoff sent me a PM about them too, so I'll see what's there and try and divide them up between the 3 of you.

Seeing as how we've not even gotten an official announcement that Hasbro's doing 18th Marvels, much less seen any protofigs; I *highly* doubt we're gonna start seeing these in the stores before the month is done.

I'm thinking they got puched back to focus on Indy figs. They might be waiting to see how well the movie does to see if it's worth doing anything beyond what would be available for Xmas this year before focusing the Marvel line.

But, by all the gods of every heaven there is; they best damn well be doing them.

Actually that date was for the UK, and was said supposedly a later date for the U.S., so who knows exactly when or if we'll see them soon, my guess is when the 3 3/4 inch DC Comics figs come out near summers end.

I have a black Spiderman for trade. :shifty: Plus a Dr. Doom.
I still believe they might have some sort of announcement at SDCC.
