![]() I was thinking of making one, then Dark Horse pointed out that there's a good chance we'll see Hasbro make one. What do you think? Is there a chance we'll see this plane? |

I think there's a decent chance we'll see it. Knowing Hasbro, it'd come one of the following ways: a) Slightly under-scaled for their $20 range and no figure. Probably would have a cockpit, and the small gun/ on the back wouldn't hold a figure. b) $30-$50 range; be closer to scale and include a couple of figures. I would really hope they wouldn't be so dirty as to include the German mechanic exclusively this way. |

Personally, i don't think they will, how long do they think they can have a strong fan base for this particular line, at least that's how i see it. |

Fans have been waiting a looong time for Indy product to come out. I'd say the fan base is smaller than Star Wars, but bigger than Joes. I do however, think they should really think the line through, and don't go crazy with too many useless characters. |

I'd rather they not try than do some piddly, grossly underscaled joke along the lines of the Smokescreen, which I can all but guarantee you they will do. I'd rather a Last Crusade tank, personally, and they even said that's an unlikelihood. |

The last crusade tank would rock, but I would like the wing too. I will say possible but not extreamely. The line appears to be doing better than some predicted (at least locally) with many figures selling out and even the pegwarmers are not staying too long. This seems to be a bigger movement than the joes since there was so much product available from the start (Where as joes had maybe on case here and there, indy figs were everywhere). Will it last like SW, no, but it appears to be pretty strong so far so who knows really. |

Yeah, I'd rather have nothing then that. I'd like to make one, but don't want to spent the time and money if Hasbro is going to produce one like the second one MUNDO mentioned. |

John, I am so conviced they'll make this, that if they don't, I'll make you a custom of whatever you want free of charge. I think a new size vehicle wave will come out in the $30 price range. It will be the Flying Wing and the concept tank. Mark my words. |

I don't see Hasbro making it. If it was in the new movie, then yes, but not if it's in one of the older ones. At least that's how they seem to be with Star Wars vehicles, the big ones are made only around when movies come out, or it's not "worth it" to them. It just doesn't seem "iconic" enough to work, at least for me, but who knows, maybe we'll get the propeller with mechanic chopping action playset. |

I hope they release it at some point, and they would be fools to not include a German Pilot and the German Mechanic. Throw in a few fuel barrels, some chocks, and a cardboard background of the landing strip and there ya go. What I don't think we will see is the prominent logo as seen in the photo...for obvious reasons. And because that plan's profile is so unique, I bet it would make for an awesome spaceship for some random Star Wars bounty hunter (looks in Spectre's general direction). |

I don't see it happening. The price point is what is going to do this one in. $30 or less is being very optimistic. This thing if done like a normal Star Wars vehicle of thsi size would be closer to $50, and that's if it is a Target or Wal-Mart exclusive. If it ended up being a TRU exclusive we could easily see it be $60-80 and watch it sit on shelves. While a few hardcore collectors and Indy fans might grab it at that price, most people won't. |

Not to mention the fact that for something that size, H likes to pack in some play features. this is just a cockpit and gunner station and a couple of proellers. Other than that, it's just a big wing. Not much 'play value' for the price. Not saying I agree, but if you compare it to the Republic Gunship, which I think would be a comparable price scheme, it's got oodles of different things you can do with it., all of them adding to the value. I just don't see it happening, so I hope Jon takes up Dark Horse on his offer |
