Hasbro is trying to trademark "Shockwave"

They got the name back. Why is it AGAIN an issue?

One of those double good things.

Good because they don't have to get all sneaky with the name just to give us an update for a very cool Joe figure, and a one eyed robot that has been in bad need of inclusion in either the Transformers live action films, Animated series, or Classics toy line can get his update as well.

Seems like win win with getting the name back.

Makes sense. They have essentially already made a 25th Shockwave

give us a new head and colors, and we have Shockwave

That is definitely pretty close to a dead-ringer for Shockwave. The vest is almost identical to the v.1 Shockwave.
