Last year it looked like 21st Century was on the verge of coming around again in a big way with their 1:18 scale stuff. Lots of products near completion, big plans, TRU taking them back in again...etc.. So I looked forward to what they would show at Toy Fair this year. However, Toy Fair coverage of 21st hasn't been that great from what I can dig up, other than what's at their affiliated Area 21 site.

Of course, it's not what was shown at Toy Fair as much as what wasn't shown. King Tiger and Flak 88 appear to definitely be on the way (tho I'm a-gonna strangle them for making the 88 in DAK colors first...but I digress). However, the much-hyped F4 Phantom II and B-25 were apparently nowhere to be seen, nor was any smidgen of anything resembling the MiG-21.

So...anyone have any news on 21st's big 1:18 projects? Are they still in development, or are they all shat-canned again after being hyped for months and months just like the old A-10?

Am I gonna have to choke a 21st Century beeyotch? :-x

Blue Box toys didn't have anything new either. I don't think they were even there.
