Are those production pieces? As in bought from a TRU somewhere?
We've seen protos with hand painted hair before.
And I like 'em better bald anyway. Makes 'em look meaner

FINALLY found me a set -- I've been looking forever. I really dig that the troops all have different colored "hair". I just wish for once that we could get at least a modicum of racial diversity with the Army builders. It ain't nuthin to paint a head brown, or tan, or some other complexion other than "pale whitey". Of course, they'd probably make the machine gunner the black guy --- oh, well. Looks like I've got some customizing to do..... Still, a pretty good set - I love the camo patterns on these guys. I would have snagged the Red Ninja set (I really like the way the leader is painted), but I already have a half-dozen Red Ninjas, so it wasn't worth picking up more. |

I don't care if they have hair or not. Its not like I'll be posing any without their helmets or Marauder berets. I do agree with Chief on the racial diversity thing though. They did it with the Blueshirt 6-pack, why not carry that over to the 25th line? |

This set is just weak on all points IMO. (The color palette on that set was hella more interesting than this set as well.) |
