Hi Guys, My Question for today: What Governmental Organizations would the GI Joe Team need to liase with? so far I have: Dept. of Defense National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Joint Chiefs of Staff Defense Intelligence Agency Army Criminal Investigative Divison Naval Criminal Investigative Service Coast Guard Criminal Investogative Service Federal Bureau of Investigation Central Intelligence Agency Dept. of Home Land Security Drug Enforcement Agency Immigration and Customs Enforcement Centers for Disease Control/Prevention Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives National Securty Agency The Secret Service Internal Revenue Service The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration The National Aeronautic and Space Administration The US Marshal's Service Any others? |

As part of my universe, I created a bunch of characters that could act as liaisons between the JOE Team and the various alphabet soup agencies. I think all of this were made up in the 90s. Agent Boardwalk: Secret Service Agent Canine w/Aztec: DEA Agent Ceasefire: FBI Crisis Intervention Agent Dancer: Covert Ops/CIA Agent Run Down: Secret Service (female) Agent Sable: Justice Department (female) Agent Stone: FBI HRT Team Leader Agent Takedown: FBI HRT Crisis Intervention Agent Wiretap: NSA (female) Foreign CTU Bulldog: SAS Condor: SAS Pilot Dietar: GSG-9 Dingo: Argentinian Defense Force Major Frost: Canadian Joint Task Force II Jacques: GIGN Romeo: Folgore Brigade/ Carabinieri Battalion Sabrina: Middle Eastern Expert (female) Topaz: Golani Brigade IDF Tommy: SAS I have some more I'm still fleshing out. |

Given its foreign connections (SAS/Action Force, Oktober Guard, Comandos Heroicos, Comandos Em Acao, etc), you can probably add some foreign embassies or even the United Nations to that list. |

Trekker, My Joe team has international ties with these governmental organizations: EAGLE Force ( A NATO taskforce) The "Street Fighter" Team (The UN Anti-Organized Crime Taskforce) The Out-World Investigation Agency ( A UN Unit tasked with tracking crime in the developing world) The European Union's Special Action Force The Warsaw Pact's Oktober Guard The African Union's Bronze Bombers The Union of South American States Commandoes Herrocias (COmbination of Herrocias and Em Aco) The Japanses Defense Force Scotland Yard RCMP MI-5/6 Mossad Interpol The Joe team also has ties with these Private Entities: M.A.S.K. (Who develops new vehicles and weapons) The Adventure Team LLC (they do preservation work with endangered species and antiquities as well as security for scientific missions) Danger Girl Freelance ( A private security and intelligence firm) Ingen Inc. (with their "Hunters" team to seek out and contain Ingen's scientific breakthroughs) The Foundation for Law and Government (A nonprofit organization who promotes peace and rule of law (an umbrella for many other intellectual properties)) The Corps (A private Security Firm) The Arishikage Clan (Ancient Japanese Ninja clan/intelligence organization) My Team also works with The Non-Biological Entites Strike Team (NEST) the US Military/United Nation Unit tasked with liasoning with the Autobots (A race of extra terrestrials stranded on earth whose technology has revealed a new but rare power source on earth called energon, My Autobots are required to have an alt. Form of a GI Joe (Military) Vehicle. |
