im not sure what I think of that? I sort of feel the diorama isn't equal to the trouble to make the glass dome and the water.

A) I assume the glass cover is non-removable since he didn't/couldn't stand the drunkard sailors back up, and
B) is that Tommy Lee Jones' character from Small Soldiers in the background?

I feel the same way. Granted I couldn't do a better job creating the water. But the scene overall is kind of underwhelming. And I don't really care for non-Joe stuff being mixed in with it. I'm a purist that way I suppose.

I agree. What non Joe stuff? The dolphin or shark fins? Many of the animal planet creature make great additions to a Joe diorama. I know my daughters polar bear has came in handy a many of a times.

The dolphin and 'shark' fins are DeepSix's dolphin Finback, no?

Is that green Zodiac GI Joe? I don't recognize that, but I wasn't really paying attention for a very long time.

Yup, that is what I was referring to. I think that one is Corps! or the stuff Big Lots had for a while. (PTE?)

Answering one of the questions, there's no doubt that's Major Chip Hazard, Tommy Lee Jones' character from Small Soldiers, in the background of one of those pictures. I'd recognize that camo color pattern anywhere.

The water looks cool, but I agree the diorama itself is really underwhelming. Also, the glass top would have to go...how can I play with it when its covered in glass?!
