Hah. I saw this posted elsewhere and there's no mention of what scale they actually are. I was kind of hoping it was a metajoke and the figures were just 3 3/4 scale and "micro" compared to the large scale figs they are releasing.

But the "in hand" pic ruins that dream.

one one hand (no pun) they are cool, on the other hand they make me think to much of that crappy 2 1/2" figures Hasbro is trying to replace 3 3/4" with.

I love mini figures / 2'' figures but i'm not sure about these.

Are they fully articulated reproductions of the originals?

Maybe it's the dated look of the original straight arm figures that's throwing me off.

Regardless...it is interesting and i'm glad they are being made. They're unique (just not $88 unique).

they look much better, but my point is more it seems like everyone is trying to kill off the only scale I collect.
