Establishing shot of a large shopping mall somewhere in America.

Various shots of shoppers checking out the stores' wares, buying food at the food court, moving from store to store, etc.

Exterior shots of several unmarked white container trucks pulling up to the various mall entrances.

Interior shots of the containers showing row apon row of what appear to be soldiers of some kind with glowing blue canisters strapped to their backs with translucent hoses going to their helmets. The helmets have transparent blue face plates in which we can see sweating, nervous faces.

Cut to a dark control room somewhere in which hazard gear wearing scientists sit at banks of computers. A bald, monocle wearing mustached man turns to face the scientists: "Activate the Compound Z delivery systems...".

Cut back to the container interiors as the blue canisters make a hissing noise and a glowing blue fluid begins moving up the tubing into the soldiers' helmets. As the blue fluid fills the helmets' face plates, screams, gurgles and wailing can be heard as the soldiers begin to convulse and tear at their uniforms, writhing in pain.

After several seconds, they slump lifeless to the ground.

Exterior shots of the container trucks backing up against the mall's doors triggering the sensor to open the sliding glass door panels.

Interior shot of the containers as the lifeless bodies on the floor begin to stir. Moans fill the air as the helmets and canister systems disengage and drop from the soldiers. The soldiers rise, backs to the camera, but you can tell there is something wrong with them.

Interior mall shot of confused customers staring at the closed container truck doors blocking the exits.

The container trucks' doors open with a loud clang as the now revealed Zombie-Vipers pour out of the backs of the trucks as the shoppers scream in terror.....

I do not not not want zombies in a GI Joe movie. I am sick of the zombie craze and I do not want that chocolate in my peanut butter.

And also there weren't enough ninjas in that synopsis.

The video pans in following a highway onto a "Welcome to Springfield" sign along side the road. Pan out to a group of motorcycles riding past the sign. Cut to the motorcycles pulling into a parking garage and then into an elevator. The elevator descends underground as the lead biker pulls off her helmet reveling Zarana.

I'd see this more as a cartoon movie for a sub-theme like VvV or Spy Troops instead because Hasbro is using the big movies in hopes of reorienting the brand and I'm not sure that the whole brand needs to go zombie.

That was my initial gut reaction--and I LOVE zombies.
Then I thought about it. Making Joe into a borderline sci-fi horror franchise MIGHT actually make it stick better.

Blasting monsters apart kind of allows it to go over the top in a way that it's really not been allowed to before. The first movie was too much of the cartoon sensibility and the sequel got it a little bit more right by balancing cartoon and comic characterization and tone, but neither were GOOD (IMO, over all entertaining but not good). I wouldn't be adverse to trying something like this.

Open over a desert highway, in the distance a large dust cloud is wafting in the air. From over a rise in the road, a military convovy appears, using several different styles of vehicles and air support. The convoy is escorting a large tractor trailer with a immense weapon secured to its trailer.
Conversation is overheard on the radio between the vehicles and the importance of the weapon they're escorting, especially its power source.
Cut to a gloved hand holding a radio, over hearing the conversation. The gloved hand crushed the radio and from underneath the mirrored facemask and helmet comes a battle cry as he begins to attack the convoy.
A battle ensues with the enemy leader being captured, but the weapon's power source being captured along with two key members of the military unit.

The movie starts by following three young COBRA operatives. Scenes from each are cut together to form a montage. We start with operative 2 and the song "Come with me now" plays over the rest of the montage

Operative 1 - A mountain of a man in shepherds rags is hiking across the plains of Patagonia. He is silent and moving with purpose. Though his face is obscured by the rags his dreadlocks are visible from under his hood. The sun is setting when he notices a shape out of the corner of his eye. He stops, turns his head slowly, face still cover by his mask, it is a Puma! We see the camera pan behind him and focus on the animals face, it is ready to strike. The man slowly puts his hood down and we see a green hockey mask with a black skull painted on it. Through the eye holes the mans eyes meet the almost glowing yellow eyes of the beast. The Man hunches his shoulders and extends his neck. The beast prepares to strike by digging it's paws in and suddenly it lets out a whimper and bolts. A low cackle is heard from behind the mask as the camera pan skyward to a spy satellite then flashes to a control room where The song fades a bit, The man's face is on screen. Next to it Code Name: Shadow Tracker

Operative 2 -The song "Come with me now" by the Kongos blares from the stereo. as the camera zooms out of the stereo to the cab of the vehicle. Racing along a dirt road in the southern Australian Outback, the coast of lake Barlee...We see an auburn haired beauty behind the wheel of a beat up 4x4, She is wear cheap aviators with a crack in the bottom corner of the left lens, she is wearing a black silk scarf around her neck, black t-shirt and khaki shorts with combat boots. As the camera zooms out the drivers side window we see a black, jacked up 4x4. The silver name badge on the rocker panel says "Rattler 4x4" we see a cloud of dust behind her as the camera zooms to a half a dozen bikers chasing the 4x4. On their vests we see "Melbourne Maulers" stitched. The 4x4 suddenly jars a swerves but fails to avoid a hazard in the road and comes to rest on it's side. The driver snakes her way out of the relatively undamaged 4x4 and curses in French with a thick Cajun accent. She makes it to her feet as the bikers pull up. She reaches through the now non-existent back window and fishes out a trident like weapon and wraps the black scarf around her head. The song fades as one of the Bikers say in an Australian accent "Ello Vypra"

Operative 3 - We see a young man with curly red hair wearing a grey khaki cargo pants, a sweater vest, dress shirt and tie while carrying a leather messenger bag. He is strutting down the hallway of an office building, through some double doors, passing a sign that says "Overdine Industries R&D - Prague Facility" and into a lab. No one pays him mind as he uses an ID badge to move from room to room. When he reaches a room marked "Server Room" in Czech he pulls a device out of his satchel and slides it through the card reader. The door opens and he quickly enters and closes the door behind him. He reaches into his satchel and pulls out two explosive charges and what looks to be a portable hard drive. After finding a terminal he plugs in the drive, taps a few keys and files begin to pour in the drive. He sneers as the information loads. He then takes the two charges and places them around the room. The song fades as the drive beeps and the young man unplugs it and puts it in his bag. The song picks back up. He ditches the dress shirt and sweater and we see he is wearing grey body armor. He then pulls out of the bag a small weasel skull necklace, a large hunting knife, the detonator and a red pair of goggles, placing the goggles on his head. He walks out of the room and back the way he came. Security confronts him, they shout in Czech and he laughs as he pushes the button on the detonator. A hundred small explosions, that we can only assume were pre planted cause mass confusion. The young man slips away and drops a card. It reads "Best Regards - The Ghost Bear"

I could easily see the two of ours working together in one long opening. It would be awesome.
