I stopped at a Ross today and found bubkis. Maryland is pretty tough hunting grounds.

Oh, good: I have to start going to Ross again. Is there a more miserable shopping experience than the Ross visit? I submit that, outside of the month between Thanksgiving and Christmas, there is not.

PA Ross never gets this stuff. They never got The Hobbit stuff and they won't get this. I never saw the past seven packs there either.

Interesting. I was at Ross yesterday and saw no Retaliation stuff. It'd be nice if they got some of the later assortments of individual figures the way Tuesday Morning did.

And sgartz, gotta disagree with you a bit. I've never had many problems shopping at Ross, and I've got one quite close to me. It's DURING the Thanksgiving/Christmas season when it gets miserable in there. At that time of year, I've seen shorter lines at Disneyland -- on the popular rides.

Off to Ross at lunch today. I skipped the Red Ninja pack because I'm stupid so I need to find that one. And any of the others at $9.99 are totally worth it as they all have at least 1 figure in them that I'd like to get more of.

I agree that Ross has that bleak "island of failed everything" vibe, but with due respect, nothing at all is worse than Tuesday Mornings.

The only thing that's close is the pesticide stench of a dollar tree. It's the retail equivalent of Lou Gehrigs Disease.
