ROC figures are just like all other Modern Era Joes which have no screw and need to be popped or cut.

POC=Pursuit of Cobra
FSS=Figure Subscription Service
ME=Modern Era
GIJCC=GI Joe Collector's Club
ARAH=A Real American Hero (O-ring)
There is a good resource at
www.yojoe.com which has a database of all the Joe toys released. I use that a lot when looking into figures.
