Ok, I know I'd been gone for a bit when I got back into collecting last spring, but usually I'm able to keep up with most Joe knock offs. Has anybody here seen this one? Any idea who made it? |

Thanks Chad that's it. Sorry I'm in the inclimate weather area and it stopped me from responding easily. Yeah the link was from ebay mobile and apparently doesn't want to work on computers. I've been unable to really hit more than one site at a time on my phone and really got busy elsewhere.
