Had to stop at Rite Aid in Westminster MD and saw what I think is my first wave 3.5 in the wild. I don't remember seeing any in a brick and mortar before and have ordered all mine from online.

They had 2x Ultimate Duke, Budo, Data Viper, Ult Roadblock, and Ult Storm Shadow. Too bad they want $14. The Dukes would have went home with me for $10.
