This has been hinted at for a while.
I'm speculating we might see mock-ups at NYCC.

Hard to tell from the images available, but they look like they might be T-crotched. And if Bane is the same size as Deadshot, they've got a problem.

Hoping for the best, though.

Deadshot looks very much like he only has 5POA, and Bane looks like he has a V-crotch joint...
Doesn't look like anyone has elbow articulation...

Okay. Wow. Deadshot has elbows! And knees! And wrists! That's unheard of lately!

Batman looks pretty darn poseable.
In fact, everyone looks more poseable than expected.

Maybe unrelated, but is it the fact that Mattel has the license that we've never seen a "Super Powers" commemorative line? (And yes, I know some Super Powers lineup figures got those 6" versions with a logo stand, but those aren't really in the spirit of the original line).

According to Mattel's logic they were.

Info from the con says 14 poa, but from the pictures of the product shown, that doesn't include any kind of swivel at the bicep or elbow. Plus that Batman looks terrible. They cut those elbow joints as awkwardly as they could. Some of the other figures don't look bad, but without elbow/bicep swivels, I'll have to pass.

Yeah, I remember seeing an ad in a comic that was all "DC Universe Classics is the homagiest thing to Super Powers!" or somesuch thing.

Anywho I really hope those 6" things aren't a Super Powers Commemorative thing because they look like crap.

..hm. They're cute. They look like fun toys for kids. Assuming the 14 POA includes a swivel bicep they don't look bad.

I just want super hero figures like the old line - bright colors, and each one has a power. This is my main issue with MOTUC and all the modern Superheroes.

I want my toys to be PLAYED with. Superman punched, Aquaman swam, Mekaneck raised his head...play features to PLAY with. Toys today seem more like little statues and not activity based toys.

I guess the news isn't all that bad.

The Arkham Batman seems like the best of all of them.
But I want a CATWOMAN!!!

Man, Hypno was right about those elbow joints on Bats. Really horrible place to cut them.

Agreed (for the most part)! I dont need action features but i want toys that look like toys. Colorful charaters, robots , exaggerated musculature, mechs, etc. .

Huh...it turns out that what i thought was "cute" were the 6'' figures. I couldn't tell which were 4'' figures earlier. If the 6'' animated style figures were 4'' i might buy one. The Arkam Batman collection does nothing for me but at least they'll have 18 POA. I dont think you can create an 18 POA 4'' figure without including swivel biceps no matter how you define the points so that's covered.
