SHIELD, Like G.I.*JOE, but more Intel gathering than military
The Avengers, The special team of SHIELD
Oktober Guard, while not necessarily an ally to the Joes, they are willing to work with them to stop Cobra
Action Force, European equivalent to G.I*JOE, made up of NATO countries, mostly operates in the European/Asian theater
Trakker Designs/Stark Industries, weapons designers and suppliers for G.I.*JOE and SHIELD
Bad guys:
Cobra, A ruthless terrorist organization determined to play with kittens
Red Shadows, similar to Cobra, but more Euro-centric, not as big as Cobra
MARS Industries, primary weapons designers and suppliers for Cobra, also a small army of troops used to protect MARS's assets
Iron Grenadiers, Destro's own private army, used for intimidating the competition and protecting Destro's assets
Extensive Enterprises, The legitimate face of Cobra used for money laundering and raising the money Cobra Commander needs for his organization
Crimson Guard, Special operators of Cobra who specialize in law and accounting, infiltrate communities and business under the guise of attorneys, accountants, doctors, stock brokers, city council members, and other government representatives as well as board members of high ranking companies
Zartan and the Dreadnoks, Not officially part of Cobra, but Cobra Commander keeps them on retainer and pays them well enough not to go elsewhere.
