Is the Retaliation blue Cobra Commander still rare?

I picked one up the other day and have debated on opening it for now.

I thought it was mentioned last year it was the more difficult one to find, but that was last year...

seen a few as well as the black too,but last year all I saw was the black one

My area Targets are restocking with that wv1 case. Just saw 3 blue CC's and 2 blue Joe Troopers at 1 store and 2 of each at 2 other stores.

Saw one at Target the other day. Along with both the brown and blue-caped Joe Troopers.

for me its 50/50 but i see both at dif stores so i dont think so anymore

I'd like a movie accurate version without making my own. Or if this is a costume worn in the movie, I would like to see a figure of the costume we keepmseeing in the trailers.
