So I got tired of going into Target to find a nearly empty action figure aisle and started asking some questions. They told me they are planning a complete reset next week in which the Retaliation line will be hitting the shelves. So I guess the date of Feb 11th as posted as a ship date on Smalljoes.com is the date unless someone jumps the gun somewhere and puts stuff out early.

I also called TRU and they didn't give me any time frame, but said "very soon".

TRU isn't doing the Boys resets for two weeks, talked to my friend who took over as supervisor when I left.

That is your Target though. Others have already done resets.
So would next week be the deadline for all of them to be done?
I'm pretty sure mine has nothing. I will be checking after posting this. On the bright side mine shipped everything back to the warehouse or donated it to Goodwill. The online inventory checker said they had none left after last year's clearances. I'm hoping my store will get new waves.

I found a case of Hiss/Ninja Cruisers, the stupid motorcycles, and role play gear at two different TRU today. So I'd this is not a company wide time frame for the reset.

Nothing yet at my Target or Walgreens.

Was at Wal-Mart today and found mouse, snake-eyes, airborn three packs, awe strikers, and water moccasins remolds for the first time since early last year.

Thanks for the sighting report. I can't wait to see the new stuff on the shelves. I'm going to buy the Alley Viper as soon as I see it.

check back today. That's what my Wal-Mart had out last night, and today they had the singles. Flint, LJ, battle-kata Roadblock, new Snake Eyes, Colton, Firefly, Shadow Ninja (right name?) and Alley-Viper. I left the RBs, as I had one already, and the Alley-Viper, as it didn't do much for me, and I left whatever duplicates there were also.

Have had a crap night or I might have got some review up for you all. Good news is they are cheaper than Walgreens/online.

My initial take - having opened one of the 3 packs, and eyeballed the singles - is that this line ain't dead yet. And the fact that the relatively lame wave 1 is out of sight is a very good thing. This wave hitting around movie time is the best timing Hasbro has given Joe in awhile, and I think these later waves are promising.

One of the Targets up in the Denver area had new stuff out. The single-card figs were from Wave 1 (somebody probably snagged any wave 2/3 that they had), but they had the 3-packs and vehicles.

Not at my Wal-Mart. I'll see what they re-stock with to replace what I bought though. That might be where the wave 1 figs rear their ugly heads again.

Picked up Joe Colton, Cyber Ninja, Firefly, Alley Viper, and Flint at WM. They had the new RB, SE, Dark Ninja and SS, but I figured the market would end up saturated with them so I went for the others. The only repeat figure I saw was v.1 SE. Also saw new figures based on the Ultimate Spiderman show. Nice figures, craptastic articulation though. Venom and Power Fist were ok though.
