Stop by a walgreens today, and found a PoC General Hawk! Package was beat up, but everything was there. Of course he was $11, but better than what he goes for on evilbay right now. I'm hoping that later waves start to show up.

Walgreens has been a very interesting place to find PoC Joes lately. I saw a Cobra Trooper at one near me prior to Christmas.

The Walgreens by me had 4 POC Blowtorch and a renegades Ripcord last I checked.

I did happen to score a POC Hawk (After I traded for one), City Strike CC and a Cobra Trooper there too! I only wish I would have had the cash to get the two Heavy Arms IGs I saw before xmas

I've found that wave twice. The Hawk quickly became one if my favorite figures, but I do want to swap his head with a Law.

Rite Aid has had Jungle BATs lately the few time they've had Joes, but they tend to be $13-14.

Walgreens has stocked the Hawk/Blowtorch/JBAT wave but no sign of the other nigh-impossible-to-come-by wave. I have never seen a Rock Viper or Crazylegs in person. And I only own 2x blue gauntlet Viper and Temple Guard SE because of BBTS.
