There are two 3 3/4 looking figures toward the bottom left. One of them looks like Hank Williams Jr.
Can anyone identify these two?

The one with Joe articulation looks like something from one of Remco's many, many, many Joe-articulated toylines of the day. It wasn't just military back then, they did fictional wrestlers with those parts too! Wouldn't surprise me if this was a wrestler or even some sort of Remco pirate line...

I think the one with red hair is from Johnny Quest, i dunno about the Hank Williams figure, might be Fisher Price Advanture People or a figure from Tonka :-/

Wait, what? Doesn't look like any Jonny Quest figure I've ever seen....

Wow, what a mes -- ahem -- interesting assortment of figures. Two Sectaurs, Mister Sinister, Ectar from the Visionaries missing his holographic chestplate, a Terminator, Sgt. Apone from Aliens, and -- whatever.

Got no real idea about "Hank" and the redhead. I don't think he's from Jonny Quest, though. Those were a bit smaller in scale.

I get the impression this seller doesn't specialize in action figures. He mentions "pottery and glass" in his shipping description, and I can't really imagine anyone throwing an assortment like that together who was really into the hobby.

The redhead is Remco.

Is that other one a Tonka figure?

He definitely does have the style of the Tonka figures--especially the "Steel Monsters" Mad Max style line in terms of his pose and articulation. I can't find anything online though.

Probably a Tonka. The race car driver in the upper right is tonka, so they may be from the same set.
