JC Penny now taking Paypal

What does JC Penny taking Paypal have to do with Joes? Well, JC Penny has always carried a pretty good selection of toys during the holidays including PTE and GI Joe. Now that they've become one of the few retail giants to add Paypal to their online service, we have yet another avenue to score some toys. :monocle:

but presently there's NO PTE in their system

they had some PTE on clearance last month or so, some good deals, maybe it will come back closer to the holiday.

They sure did! But they are all gone now.... and I used Paypal (didn't know it was a new option).
