I was looking through some side by side 25th with O-ring style figure comparison images and i noticed that 1 or 2 modern figures (so far) seem to be almost the exact same height as the vintage 3 3/4 figures. I'm sure it's an illusion but it does have me wondering which figures are the closest in height (and scale) to the o-ring design.

Can someone shed some light on this for me ?

The shortestf figure is 25th Tunnel Rat and he is almost dead on height wise to his arah counter part.

RoC Generl Hawk is pretty short, too. Especially if you replace his he'd itch one that sits lower on the ball (those RoC heds had shallower ball sockets).

..that might be the gateway figure .

This is becoming a far harder decision to make than it should be.
