Hey all,

I found them on ebay about a year ago but have completely forgotten the name of the line. They're 3 3/4 and mostly made out of metal parts. The two figures in the line were a fat scientist and a muscular mechanic with a red hat and dungarees. I actually own these two but want to collect the whole line. I think it starts with an E...

Can anyone help me out here?
Thanks

I only has the Dad, Bunji and a villain, but they were pretty cool figures.
I was using the Dad as the Running Man.

Interesting. I was just looking into Bionic Six 48 hrs ago. It has an extremely solid core story so it needs to be updated . I'm considering a custom or 2 from the line.

I did Dr. Scarab a little while ago, though I didn't add his chest emblem so he could work as a COBRA Scientist. Realizing Chopper, Mechanic, and Glove could work as Dreadnoks if they didn't have funky colored skin, might have to revisit these guys.

Bionic Six wasn't a bootleg, was it?

Which line came first anyway? I remember seeing the Bionic Six cartoons before I learned about G.I.Joe.

No, it's not a bootleg, it just features similar articulation.

Which didn't even originate WITH GIJoe. Mego was using that articulation style as early as 1979.

Pretty B6 was at least 86-88... to the IMDB mobile! '87 for the toon, according to them.

It was a pretty cool show.
The toys were pretty cool too even if they didn't have arm swivel.

I remember that the robotic gorilla and a few of the villains stayed on the pegs for a very long time.

I think I will have the Mechanic guy (his tool belt is on one of my AIM Scientists).

I have all the episodes of the show, and it's GREAT. I loved it so much in 87, along with Spiral Zone. So after I finally wind my way through most of the series, episode 65 is called "That's All Folks!" and I'm super pumped, cause normally the Japanese produced shows actually GOT an ending. Care to guess the ending?

It's called "That's All Folks!" because Dr. Scarab makes them into cartoons. Cartoons. There's NO closure on anything in the show. At all. Period. I waited so long, for....nothing.

Sadface.
