One of the Targets near me just reset toys. Retaliation is gone. They currently have a handful of pegs for the single figures on and endcap along with a bunch of other Hasbro lines, but this store had everything else in the line a few days ago, and none of it's marked down or anywhere in the store I could see. I'm guessing they've boxed it up until next spring. Not much else of note. No pegs for any Unimax stuff, lots more shelf space for Halo, and new spots for Transforners Fall of Cybertron, as well as the TF Prime Weaponizer figures and Optimus Maximus. TMNT is in the half action figure aisle now, and they had the Ben10 playset I saw some people discussing here as well.

Well, good to know they'll be keeping all of those wave 1 Roadblocks, Storm Shadows, Snake Eyes and Dukes safe for us until next year.

That's really not surprising. They won't get any new product until around Christmas so why keep a spot for it on shelves if they aren't going to be able to replenish. I'd imagine whatever leftover stock will either be held in the back or clearanced out once they get their reset done.

You guys had left over stock? All we had left here at any given store was one of those Ninja Kata Blasters.

well, sounds like I won't be buying too much then.
By any chance, did you swing by the building toy section? Have they expanded the Halo/Megabloks section at all? Did they have the World of Warcraft sets out?

Didn't hit the building toys. And I'm not really surprised that Joe is going away temporarily, especially at Target. They're very pragmatic about clearances and shelf space. Much more so than Wal-Mart and TRU. It's still a bit odd to see though.

No great surprise, especially from Target, which tends to be a bit more ruthless in the toy department than some other retailers. Doubtless they know there's not going to be any more merchandise until closer to when the movie comes out, so why use space for it?

Interesting enough, I DID find one new vehicle at a Target near me on Monday, the Tread Ripper Tank, based on the Scout HISS. The vehicle is cool, even if the driver figure of Clutch is somewhat lacking (again, no great surprise).

Honestly, I'm sort of glad to hear they have a good supply of the Turtles. I found Leonardo at TRU a little over a week ago, and I was hoping it wasn't going to be a huge hassle to track down the other three.

I wonder if Red Ninjas will be back when the line returns? I could use a couple more of those.

As far as G.I. Joe is concerned, I suppose it's back to beating my head against a wall, hoping I might see the rest of the Dollar General Joes... :-/

They are repacked into the wave 2 case along with the Joe and Cobra trooper.

That's kinda cool they're making Warcraft sets... not a megabloks guy, just thought that was impressive. Maybe 4 years too late, but impressive.

Glad I found the Ninja Combat Cruiser and Tread Ripper there last week in case they stop restocking till next spring.

Plus there will be a more screen accurate Red Ninja coming too.

Yeah, I grabbed the Ninja VAMP last week (already customized it) and today the Target I hit had already removed the Joes and put up all the new Halo & Turtle stuff...

My Target put out a new G.I. Joe trooper mask, like the Storm Shadow and Snake-eyes ones. That is all.
