That's basically what the POC VAMP looks like. At least in my opinion.

I wonder what sort of shocks this thing has when it comes down from that wheelie in the one picture,

Definitely an impressive design, though. Wouldn't mind seeing a Joe version of it. The POC VAMP is close, but they could probably get closer, maybe even with official permission.

It is similar to the POC VAMP, but this one has more in common with the Hummer. Its supposed to have somewhere around 80% parts compatibility.

I see one thing it has in common with the hummer, it looks like a death trap.

Looks pretty cool.

Except for the complete lack of armor for the occupants' heads and upper torsos....

then its perfect for GI Joe. Look at the original VAMP, it had no protection at all.

Also makes it prime, for a Cobra repaint. Same school of thought that builds a "tank" with a glass canopy and an exposed gunner.

It would probably have nitrogen charged shocks with a reservoir, like they use on off-road racecar vehicles. In the picture, it appears to be jumping, I've done worse in my VWs & Toyotas, and I only broke one, because it still had the stock 25 year old shocks & ball joints.

Its does remind me of the POC Vamp. It also looks like it would be a really fun scratch build vehicle to try and make. With a little work you could probably use a Hummer as the base for the vehicle, cutting off the top and front fenders and going from there.
