What year was the black Cobra Officer made?

I'm trying to get things organized and I found I have a 25th style African American Cobra Soldier/Officer. Anybody know the year/set?

I checked yojoe and haven't found it yet.

The only one I know about is the TRU 6-pack version. Not sure what year that was (can't access YoJoe from here.)

That's a start, I figured it was from a set and couldn't remember what year.

Crap - didn't see that it was 25th. The Desert Pack (with Bludd, CGs, etc) had a black trooper in it.

I thought that, but the figure I have is a blueshirt with an African American head. Could be a head swap, but I'd like to get it verified.

Headswapped. All the blueshirts released were white.

Did he have a red mask? The one in the Desert pack had a red mask.

I've got the Desert Set and thought the heads were different.

I guess this figure will go into the acquired customs bin instead of the collection bin.
