That is actually pretty cool. Too bad it will take 2 years for all 4 or 5 issues to hit shelves.

Like I said, just take 6 months for an issue to hit the shelves. I still remember that awesome GI joe poster Wizard commissioned in their article about what writer/ artist they'd want on comics base on 80s toons.

It is aperfect cross over. Almost too perfect since GI Joe so heavily influenced the Danger Girl characters.

Only perfect if we get some figures, and not the Mcfarlane statue figures from years ago, while nice, boring.

Being Hasbro, they would make figures of everyone but the female characters.

I think the last I'd heard of DG was the crossover with Batman, which I'm not sure was released or not, and that was some time before the Wildstorm buyout. But I stopped following comic books a long time ago- the "nearest" comic shop is over an hour away, Quesada did things to turn me away from Marvel and $3 comics were an expense I cut out of my budget. I don't even know if my local grocery stores carry comic books anymore, and if they do it's probably Archie.

I had the old McFarlane figures at some point, and would probably buy them again if I got the chance(preferably the "fish tank" pack to get them all at once). I did have the TPB, which I mostly enjoyed though near the end it felt like the Hammer army's plan was quite similar to one of the Hellboy books, with the supernatural stuff.

Dragon made some 12" figures, though they're not particularly flattering. I'd say you could make better versions buying Cy Girls bodies and sorting through heads and clothing made for that body style.
