I think these are Star Wars, any idea what they go to?

No idea, but I echo Spectre's assessment that they aren't Star Wars.

The one on the right appears to be missing another 'butterfly wing' that matches the left part of it. Seems like a swivel mechanism.

It is missing one from the opposite side.

I am almost certain that they are Zoids parts. I have several of the "butterfly wings" in one of my parts bags in my "Misc. Mechanical Parts" box in the garage. The color of the plastic, the peg visible on the 1 gun and the general design aesthetics scream Zoids to me.
