Twitter is afire with news that Paramount is moving the opening of GIJoe: Retaliation to March 29 2013 so they can add 3D. Fanboys are crying right now. Also - considering ZombieGuide's schnozz is in quite a few prominent scenes, the 3D will likely take about twice as long as Avatar did to get the dimensions correct... |

But... they'd pushed the date UP because Star Trek was taking too long. Does this mean Hasbro'll have more production time to get some movie-accurate action figures? |

If they are adding in the 3D, then it makes less sense. For me. See watching a flick with added 3D gives me headaches, while movies filmed in 3D do not. Regardless, Boo. |

Yep it's all over the various movie news sites. Most seem to really be pushing that they just didn't want to go up against Spiderman and there was no other good date to place it. Who knows. Maybe Hasbro can squeeze more toys out of this now. |
