Hey guys I'm trying to call to re-up my sub but all I get is a recording that repeats, is that how they have people hold or does it mean no one is there?

Is it answering or just a busy signal/wrong number message?

Mostly its there "you have reached....." but I have gotten a busy signal a couple of times. I thought I would call them and give them the prepaid card # and not have to worry about it.

I don't think they can process any CC#s...prepaid or otherwise. I though everything had to be routed via mail paid with Check or MO

There store seems to be open, so I thought they are taking credit cards now. Correction they page is up the actual ability to use it is still down.

From what I understand you have to renew by mail.

Also they wanted the mail to be postmarked by 03/09/12 if you're trying to get in under the 03/16/12 deadline for Footloose/Man o' Evil.
