Well like the title says, what date and month should we plan slayercon3, what would work best for you?

I would like to get something going for June, maybe 2nd week in the month, but what do you guys think?

Ahem...As long as it is not Saturday, August 11. That is the day I am slotting to host the Jersey Meet-up for this year which I would like you and Logan to be present for.

I was thinking it will be a one day event, unless we get enough support. I would need to know 60 folks were coming, to land the hall for 2 days. Its 300.00 a day. This last time I got Saturday free, but I don't think that will happen again.

I would like it to be a 2 day event tho, gives us more time to hang out.

I will plan for a 2 day event as of now, but if we don't look like its going to get allot of support or any firm commits, I will switch to a 1 day event, with the majority pick for Sunday or Saturday.

I do only plan to put out 10 vendor tables, or 5 double table vendors. So anybody who wants in, try and tell me soon.

Vendor tables will be 10.00 a table again, but the vendor wont have to pay the extra to get in. Kinda of a way to say thanks for committing.

we can also talk what to have for lunch one of the days, I know I did pizza, and if that cool with everybody we can do that again, or we can do something else, maybe get some 6 foot subs, or wings or a combo.

the money for getting in just covers the food and the rental space. The last 2 we did not cover expenses and that's OK, I just really need to make sure we do on the next one. I am also going to ask for some help running a slayer table to sell product. Said person will work the table and pay nothing to get in, they will also get some free product. If your interested, first come first to get the job.

I do want to try and at least have a meet every 6 months,,but some of the local guys were thinking every 4 months, depending on the space we need, i have some options at other locations then the Ramada we used.
